Vegan Nuggets

Tonight dinner we will have some vegan nuggets. Use soy protein (TVP), onion, garlic, any root vegetable you like, and gluten flour to hold it together. For flavor, I use yellow mustard, paprika, brown sugar, liquid smoke, soy sauce, salt, pepper. My favorite bread crumbs!

The secret is to use a little baking powder (I use the one without aluminum) I try not to make a too tight of nuggets then it will rise a little when you bake it! 375F for 20 to 30 minutes.

It looks dry in the photo but not true! I don't shape them well so it fall apart easy but very juicy and tender inside!
